What we learned.
- Food and beverage can be a powerhouse revenue (and profit!) generator if engineered properly. 
- A big enough room count is critical, but scale at the expense of intimate guest connection does not always work. 
- Old school luxury is expensive to produce, and the “five star” definition is starting to become less relevant. Lucky for us, there’s a market for a more inclusive vibe offering beautiful experiences at accessible prices. The new luxury. 
- Being true to ourselves enables us to execute a brand honestly (and the guests can tell the difference). 
- Meaningful partnerships and collaborations deliver the game-changing magic.
